Hi Jonathan, thanks for the above posting dates – am I good to start making up splits to introduce the two queens I ordered on 17th Feb? Just want to get them hopelessly queenless but wouldn’t want to do so if you’re anticipating a delay – no worries either way, cheers!

    • You are about a month too early!

      • Rory Fields says:

You may well have a point… was just thinking it would be a belt and braces way of making sure they were hopelessly queenless – have read your introduction advice but last year I introduced the queen I got from you and they replaced her after a week so am just wanting to make it as certain as possible that they’ll accept them, do have a quintrex and a queen introduction cage so perhaps I ought to press those into service, cheers

    Hi Jon,
Thank you for the Queen bee received this morning. She looks good.
She is resting quietly on my dresser waiting to be gentle introduced tomorrow morning.

    Thanks

    John Postle

  6. GARETH LLEWELLYN says:

    Hi Jonathan,
I ordered a mated queen around October 2020, so just checking that I should be getting her soon in case there are any delays. Weather hasn’t been the best!!
I changed my email when I retired, so either
    g.llewellyn@swansea.ac.uk or
    g.llewellyn1957@outlook.com
    should still find me!
    Cheers,
    Gareth

  7. Paul Nolan says:

    HiJonathan,
I’m not sure if you remember me from Belfast Beekeepers. For health reasons I have decamped to my farm in the west of Ireland and although I’ve forgotten much of whatI learned with BBKA, I’m very keen to acquire a couple of queens to restart. I know I may be a bit late but hope you may be able to assist. Thank you.
    Paul

  8. Guy French says:

    Hi Jonathan,
Ordered a queen last year, June I think. Any idea when she may come.

    • I have been posting out queens for 6 weeks now and am current posting out orders made in February 2021. I can’t find any details of your order. Can you forward them to me? I checked my Paypal orders for June 2020 and cant see an order from you. I have no record of your email either.

      Jonathan

  9. Guy French says:

    Hi Jonathan,
    Can’t find the order either.
I must have done something wrong.
Will order again for end of this year or next year.
    Guy

  10. Dennis Hanna says:
